Understanding your user’s needs
We help you identify the ultimate goal of your product and where technology fits in. This is critical to creating an experience that works.
We help you define the strategy for your product and understand how virtual and augmented reality can support it. We do this by understanding your target audience and their needs through quantitative and qualitative research, including diary studies, contextual research and user interviews.
Discovering design solutions that work
Threesixty Reality UX Lab
Our mixed reality lab allows us to run research sessions with real users that we recruit. We can work with your team to test and iterate progressively more complete designs in order to find a solution that works best for your users and the objectives you have set for your product.
We can test applications for all the major VR and AR platforms, including Oculus, HTC Vive, Sony Playstation, Samsung Gear VR, Google Daydream, iOS AR Kit and Microsoft Hololens.
Teams and clients can observe user research sessions at our VR research lab live and in comfort.
Contextual Design Research
We also run sessions at user’s homes or workplaces to understand how the product works in real life and how the environment shapes user behaviour and expectations.

We have selected a range of venues across London of various sizes and configurations for research that requires a mobile and flexible VR/ AR set up.
If you have a large scale experience or require a specific augmented reality setup, we’ll work with you to achieve the right level of simulation.
